I design and build the frontend myself. What you see in Figma is what ships, no AI-vibecoded product that only works on the surface. I think about code and scalability from the first design decision, so changes are faster to make later. You get one point of contact instead of two invoices. If you already have a backend team, I plug straight into your existing setup.

Right now I work with React, TypeScript, Astro, and Next.js. That’s the stack running through my projects. On top of that: two years as a B2B product owner at Rewe Group, plus data analysis work at Infas360 using Python and SQL. Every project gets a fixed price after an initial scoping call. As a benchmark, I calculate that from €120 an hour or €925 a day. That way you know the total cost upfront, with no surprise overtime hours. I’ll give you an exact quote once I understand your project. A fixed price keeps me motivated to work efficiently. We agree on scope and deliverables together before we start, so neither of us gets surprised later. If something comes up outside the original scope, like changes or support, I bill that hourly.

Most projects run 8 to 12 weeks, depending on scope. A landing page moves faster than a full product build. You’ll get a realistic timeline for your project during the scoping call.

The process runs in clear stages: discovery call, UX research and wireframes, development and testing, launch. In the discovery call, I get to know your product and your goals. I usually skip high fidelity prototypes, that time is better spent building the real thing. So from wireframes, I move straight into building. You review and sign off on every stage, so nothing catches you off guard at the end.

If you’re looking for an agency with a big team and multiple points of contact, I’m not the right fit. Same goes if your project is mostly backend or infrastructure work with little to no UI. Looking for a full time hire for your core team instead? That’s a different need. I work project based, as a contractor, not as part of your team.
